It goes down to 190 nm and switches the source itself
The ultraviolet range —from 195 nm on the 300 and 190 on the other two— and automatic light-source switching are what separate this family from the V. The internal ladder is the same: ±2, ±1 or ±0.3 nm, with 4, 4 and 2 nm bandwidths (the 500 takes 2 nm on request).
A twin otherwise
Same grating, same photometry, same touch screen and the same optionals as the V family. If the method never leaves the visible, the V-Pro covers the same without the UV range.
