This is the family designed for liquids
Three things about this series point to the same use: a rapid water-cooling system at the end of the cycle, a movable probe that measures temperature inside the liquid instead of in the chamber, and a deionized water interface to feed the steam generator.
It comes with programs for liquids, for media and for solids, and the control automates water injection, temperature rise, sterilization and exhaust.
For sealed liquids, the air compressor is not optional
The compressor appears in the list as an optional accessory, but the manufacturer's own catalog adds a footnote: when the unit is used to sterilize sealed liquids, the compressor is necessary. It is worth deciding before requesting a quote and not after.
The two models differ only in chamber height
The BKQ-B50L and the BKQ-B75L share chamber diameter (386 mm), power draw (5.5 kW) and external footprint (700 × 610 × 1070 mm). The only things that change are the usable height, from 490 to 670 mm, and the weight, from 127 to 132 kg.
The printer and the mesh-bottom basket are standard on both. The catalog asks that it be stated in the order if the unit is installed between 1000 and 2700 m of altitude.
